Maximum Monetary Recovery Cap To the extent allowed by law, the entire aggregate financial liability of Skid Tracks Depot—and its officers, directors, staff, affiliates, representatives, service providers, contractors, suppliers, and licensors—for any claims, disputes, or causes of action arising from these terms, the website, or our merchandise will be strictly capped.
