At Skid Tracks Depot, we stand behind the quality of our products and aim to provide a hassle-free return process.  It is the buyer's responsibility to verify the track size and pattern before placing an order.

Manufacturer’s Warranty

  • Rubber Tracks – Covered by a 2 YEAR manufacturer’s warranty.
    • In the unlikely event you experience a track failure due to manufacture defect, contact Skid Tracks Depot as quickly as possible. Skid Tracks Depot stands behind the product we sell with a 100% Warranty against manufacturer defects. We stand by the consumer by standing behind our products.  This warranty applies solely to defects in manufacturing and does not cover normal wear and tear from regular use.

Non-Defective Returns
All return requests must be submitted within 60 days of the delivery date.
Returned items must be unused, not installed, and sent back in their original condition and packaging, when applicable.

Please note that for non-defective returns—such as ordering the wrong part or returning an unwanted item—the customer is responsible for return shipping costs. Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be canceled.

A
10% restocking fee may be deducted from all approved returns involving incorrect parts, refused deliveries, or orders that are returned after shipment or delivery.  We will always do our best to work with you.

Defective or Damaged Items
We strongly recommend inspecting your order immediately upon delivery, before installation or use.

If an item is found to be defective or damaged during shipping, we will offer a replacement or refund at no extra cost.


Should you identify any issues, please contact our customer service team as soon as possible and be prepared to provide supporting details such as photos and a description of the problem to help us resolve the matter quickly.

How to Start a Return

  1. Contact Customer Support: Email our team at sales@skidtracksdepot.com or use our Contact Us page to request a return.

  2. Return Authorization: You will receive step-by-step return instructions along with any required RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number.

  3. Next Steps: We will inform you of replacement shipment timing (if applicable) or keep you updated on the status of your refund.

  4. Return Shipping: For defective items or shipping mistakes on our end, a prepaid return label is typically provided.

Refund Processing
Once your return is received and inspected, refunds are usually processed within 3–5
business days
.

Funds will be credited back to the original form of payment. Please allow additional processing time for your financial institution to reflect the refund.
