At Skid Tracks Depot, we are dedicated to providing a smooth and efficient shipping experience for our customers. We understand the urgency of getting your heavy machinery replacement parts delivered on time and in excellent condition. Below, you'll find details about our shipping policies.  That's why we offer SAME DAY shipping on tracks ordered before 2:00 PM CT.

Shipping Methods

Skid Tracks Depot partners with reputable shipping carriers to ensure your order arrives safely and promptly. We offer multiple shipping options, including standard and expedited shipping, to accommodate your needs. Our goal is to get your equipment back up and running with minimal downtime.

Processing

We proudly ship - for FREE -  to all of the lower 48 states in the U.S., ensuring fast and reliable delivery from our network of warehouses across the country. Skid Tracks Depot offers free shipping on all track orders delivered to commercial and residential addresses. Most orders ship same day and arrive within 1-3 business days, so you can get back to work with minimal delay.  If you need your tracks shipped outside the lower 48, please contact us and we will provide a custom freight quote.

While we can ship to residential addresses for free, we highly recommend using a commercial location whenever possible. Residential deliveries may require scheduled appointments with our carriers, which can lead to longer delivery times. Choosing a commercial address helps ensure a smoother and faster shipping process.

Semi-Truck Accessibility

Whether delivering to a residential or business location, there must be sufficient space for a semi-truck to access the site. If needed, a smaller box truck with liftgate service can be arranged in advance for an additional fee.

Unloading the Shipment

Customers are responsible for unloading the shipment using the appropriate equipment. Most attachments require a skid steer or tractor with pallet forks for safe unloading. Additionally, an authorized person must be present to inspect and sign for the delivery.

Shipment Inspection

Upon arrival, carefully inspect the shipment for any visible damage or missing items. Any issues must be noted on the delivery paperwork before signing. If damage or shortages are found, report them to the freight carrier immediately.

Bill of Lading (BOL) Acknowledgment

Signing the Bill of Lading (BOL) confirms that the equipment was received in good condition. Failing to inspect the shipment before signing waives the right to file claims for concealed damage later.
